When people are formed into human body, they inherit the "fine inner energy" of their parents and store them in the human body, Tan Tian and Kundalini. The "fine inner energy" is a driving force of which keeps the human internal organs in normal operation and creates human life.


As people age, social environment changes, plus seven emotions, eating habits and other factors, causing people's "fine inner energy" to decline or disappear, In other words,  the decline or disappearance of the inner driving force  will decline of human visceral function, and various diseases It will follow.

Qigong is the essence of ingesting the essence of the heavens and the earth, constantly replenishing, nourishing, deactivating, and increasing the "fine inner energy", so that the human body can be once again running  a balance, the blood is running smooth, and the purpose of reducing illness and increasing age is achieved.

  1. Breathing of breath in Lifting, lowering, opening  and closing manner

  2. Inhale and exhale breathing

  3. Guide the air to the meridians
